EMERGENCIES

If you have an emergency you should either call the crisis line in Seattle at
(206) 461-3222, go to your nearest emergency room, or call 911.

APPOINTMENTS
Call me at (360) 662-6806 and leave a message or email me. Let me know that you are a new patient interested in scheduling an appointment. Don't forget to include your phone numbers and good times to reach you.

There is free parking at the office.

FEES

Payment is due upon receipt of service. Each 50 min session is $90. I will try to answer any questions you have about fees, but you may have to contact your insurance company for some questions.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Therapy appointments are 50 minutes in length. There is no charge for appointments canceled with 24 hours notice. A fee of $90 is charged for missed appointments and appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice. Insurance does not cover this fee, so it is the client's responsibility to pay it. Payment of this fee is due at the beginning of the next scheduled session.

Other insurance companies may pay a percentage for out-of-network. I will give you all the information you will need to get reimbursement from your insurance company.  Payment for services is your responsibility, so I ask you to keep track of billings and payments.
