- I graduated from the University of Washington with my Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and Seattle University with my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling.

- I have experience working in a variety of settings including private practice, community mental health, residential facilities and crisis clinics.
- I have worked with individuals ages 4-89 from a variety of different cultural and religious backgrounds.
- Issues that I have gained more extensive experience with include: Adoption, attachment, divorce, Trauma/PTSD, addiction, depression, and anxiety disorders.
