Today is full of uncertainty.

I am here to help you work through this.  Following the recommendations of Kitsap County Public Health,  I am transitioning my practice to phone or telehealth (video) sessions for the time being.

  • I am a licensed Mental HealthCounselor. 
  • I graduated from the University of  Washington with my Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and Seattle University with my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling.
  • I counsel individuals, families and groups
  • I provide mental health evaluations for court when needed.
  • I have experience working in a variety of settings including private practice, community mental health, residential facilities and crisis clinics. 
  • I have worked with individuals ages 4-89 from a variety of different cultural and religious backgrounds. 
  • Issues that I have gained more extensive experience withinclude: Adoption, attachment, divorce, PTSD, addiction, depression, and anxiety disorders.
